I'm Will, founder of Quanteric. I joined Optiver as a graduate trader in 2023 — one of several offers I earned alongside IMC and VivCourt — after navigating the quant interview process myself. I've spent 5+ years in and around that process, and I now work at an AI scale-up. Over the past three years I've personally coached 50+ students into offers at firms like Jane Street, Optiver, IMC and SIG. I built Quanteric because too many genuinely capable people get filtered out of trading — not for lack of talent, but for lack of preparation. Who is Quanteric for?
Ambitious university students serious about landing an internship or graduate role in quant trading. Whether you're new to applications or already have interview experience, the program meets you where you are — with the preparation, coaching and community to succeed.
How does the "pay only if you land an offer" pricing work?
Our pricing ties our success to yours: zero upfront cost, and you only pay the program fee once you've landed an offer. We won't take a dollar until you're successful — and you can pay in full or in instalments.
What does the coaching actually cover?
It's 1:1 and tailored to where you are and the firms you're targeting — from a strategy session (your goals, target roles, a prep plan, and your CV and cover letter) through to a series of behavioural and technical mock interviews that get you genuinely interview-ready.
How many sessions will I get, and how often?
There's no fixed number. We usually start with one session a week at a time that suits you, then adjust — if you've got several interviews coming up, we'll do more in a week so you're fully prepared when it matters most.
How long does the program run?
There's no fixed duration. Most students receive offers within about a month of applying, but some firms move slower — we keep supporting you until the recruitment cycle ends.
What support do I get outside the sessions?
Direct access to your coach over Slack, a resource vault (CV and cover-letter templates, behavioural frameworks, technical problem sets), a peer community for accountability, and guidance through offers and onboarding.
What results can I expect?
No one can promise a job offer — but we can promise no blind spots (every assessable topic covered before you face it) and high-quality, actionable feedback at every stage. The track record speaks for itself: students pass 82% of their interviews.
